By registering on www.spark-tech.in, you enter a legally binding contract with Spark Tech under Section 2(h) of the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Clicking "I AGREE" constitutes your Electronic Signature under Section 2(1)(ta) of the Information Technology Act, 2000. Our server logs are conclusive proof of your consent, admissible under Section 65B of the Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam, 2023.
We are a Contingency Infrastructure Platform — a technical sandbox hosting SAAS failure scenarios and codebase tasks. We are not a university, college, training institute, or employer. We issue no statutory degree or diploma. We are MSME-registered under the MSMED Act, 2006 and GST-compliant under the CGST Act, 2017.
This Platform runs for a limited, pre-declared period only. The Closure Date is displayed on the homepage. We do not promise perpetual existence. You accept this as a material condition of use.
Registration, all projects, GitHub repositories (MIT-licensed), submissions, evaluation, and technical guidance are 100% free. No payment is required.
After project approval, you may optionally purchase a Certificate, Performance Abstract, and Letter of Recommendation for INR 99 (inclusive of GST). This is entirely voluntary.
Our platform is a fully legally registered MSME sandbox. It is perfectly designed to help you build code portfolios and clear your mandatory college academic credits. While the certificate itself won't automatically land you a job at an MNC, the MIT-licensed codebase we provide will help you build a real GitHub portfolio that will absolutely impress corporate recruiters.
Once your Documentation Package is emailed to you, the transaction is complete and non-refundable. If non-delivery occurs due to a Platform fault beyond 72 hours, you may claim re-delivery or a full refund.
Every ₹99 payment receives a tax invoice under the CGST Act, 2017 (SAC 9984). This invoice is conclusive proof of a legitimate service transaction.
You may access all services and download your data anytime. We will give 14 days' notice before closure. Once all obligations are fulfilled, the Company has no further liability.
Any claim must be filed within 90 days of closure. Disputes go to binding arbitration at Gurugram, Haryana. Liability is limited to Company assets only. We make no guarantee of employment or income.
Do not hack the Platform, upload malicious code, or plagiarize. Our content is copyrighted. Your data is protected per our Privacy Policy. This Agreement is governed by Indian law.
